These Terms of Service govern your use of the Absolute Restoration and Roofing website (myabsoluteroofing.com) and our roofing and restoration services. Absolute Restoration and Roofing is a registered trade name of San Juan’s Restoration Inc, a Missouri corporation. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, scheduling an inspection, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

We provide roofing, restoration, and related contracting services in the greater St. Louis area. Information on this website, including service descriptions and project photos, is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. All work is performed under a separate written agreement or work authorization signed by you.

Estimates and Inspections

Free estimates and inspections are offered as a courtesy. An estimate is not a contract, and pricing may change based on conditions discovered during the work, material costs, or changes to the project scope. Any changes will be communicated and agreed to in writing before additional work proceeds.

Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the website’s operation, submit false or misleading information through our forms, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the site.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and project photography, belongs to San Juan’s Restoration Inc or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

SMS Text Messaging Program

Absolute Restoration and Roofing offers a customer care text messaging program. By checking the SMS consent box on our website forms and providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from us regarding your request, including quote request confirmations, inspection appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up messages if we miss your call, and review requests after completed work. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your request and project activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through our website forms or reply START.

Payment terms for services are set out in your written agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due upon receipt. For insurance restoration work, you remain responsible for amounts not covered by your insurer, including your deductible.

Warranties

Workmanship and manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are described in your written agreement. Except as expressly stated there, this website and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, San Juan’s Restoration Inc and Absolute Restoration and Roofing are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
